Hi, I'm William.

But most people just call me Will.

I've been working as a freelance photographer and retoucher since 2006, from Amsterdam and open for commissions worldwide.

Two crafts, one eye for detail. With my camera I follow a more personal path: quiet, timeless images of places and people. As a retoucher I help brands and agencies get every image exactly right.

Photography as an inner journey

Travel has always shaped my work, from the temples of Southeast Asia to the coast of Portugal and the forests close to home. Since 2016 my photography has followed my own inner path, and my personal series are about nature, stillness and reconnection.

For almost two decades I've retouched imagery for retail, food, interior and fashion brands. E-commerce, product, compositing, masking and AI-assisted retouching, always finished by hand and always on brand.
